Since completion in October 1973, the Bennelong Restaurant has had a number of incarnations. The latest by architects Tonkin Zulaikha Greer completed in July 2015 is possibly the most successful so far. The design creates 3 different dining experiences across the 3 existing podium levels, linked by stairs and clad in beautiful soft layers of sound absorbing felt, enhancing the existing geometry while dealing with existing acoustic issues of the soaring Utzon concrete shell structures.

In the latest addition to the Fink Group of restaurants, chef Peter Gilmore from highly acclaimed Quay Restaurant has curated a menu that showcases high quality predominantly Australian ingredients in pure creative form.
