Located in the very inner Sydney suburb of Chippendale, Ester is a clever little restaurant designed by Anthony Gill Architects with food by chef Mat Lindsay. Previously a basement parking area, the newly inserted asymmetrical arches and simple, no-fuss fittings and fixtures give a smart new character to the space, creating an appropriate setting in which to enjoy the exceptional menu.
