Suppose Design Office have created a beautifully theatrical dining experience in a small sushi restaurant in Tokyo. 8 guests sit at a timber table in a timber-framed room watching the sushi chef perform his art. Simple dimmed lights shine on minimal artworks on minimal walls while a strategically positioned spotlight highlights the hands of the chef directing all focus on the preparation of the meal.
